We work with a diverse range of clients, catering to various industries. Our focus is on delivering exceptional design solutions for both print and digital mediums, including tender and bid submissions, packaging, digital banners and more.

Job Description: We’re on the lookout for a talented mid/senior graphic designer to join our team on a six-month, full-time maternity leave contract. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in our design studio, working across a variety of exciting projects in different industries. A large portion of your work will focus on tender and bid submissions, so it’s essential that you’re proficient in InDesign, highly detail-oriented, and able to work quickly under tight deadlines.

We’re open to flexible working arrangements if you'd prefer reduced days, and we’re happy to chat through the options.

You’ll be joining a collaborative team of senior designers, so if you have a strong portfolio that showcases your skills, especially in layout design and working to specific client needs, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements and objectives

• Print and Digital design: Including, tender and bid documents, packaging, websites, digital banners, signage and other marketing materials

• Ensure that designs align with brand guidelines and project specifications

• Work closely with the team to meet project deadlines and maintain quality standards

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into your designs

Skills & Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Graphic Design

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects

• Strong understanding of finished art and print production processes

• Proficient in motion graphics

• Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

• Proficient in using Mac operating systems

Desired Skills:

• Assist with motion graphics and video editing tasks

• Experience in social media management, brand marketing, or related fields

• Knowledge of video editing or After Effects would be advantageous

Hours: This is a full-time position based in our Moonee Ponds Studio, located in Melbourne. You will be expected to work standard office hours.
